As per usual, this is another fine product from Battlemat Bazaar. The graphics and quality of the felt is outstanding, then couple in the vivid clarity of the hexes and this is a top notch battlefield just seething with excitement for mech carnage and mayhem! Keep up the good work folks!:)

These look great on the tabletop and lay very flat, even over hills. I just ordered the 15mm roads for my smaller scale games. I hope they do cobblestone roads soon! Highly recommended!

It's perfect for D&D games!

As a Civil War buff I had passed over this science fiction-oriented battle mat many times in favor of natural earth landscapes I could use for Civil War dioramas. Then right around the anniversary of the Siege of Petersburg breakout it hit me that this mat with the proper placement of styro-foam in a rough circle under the mat and some red rocks on top could create a fantastic Petersburg Battle of the Crater with all of that red Virginia soil thrown around after the mine explosion. I haven't set it up yet but it's all in my mind. Maybe someone else could pull it off first?

This a great battle mat. It is ideal for 15mm wargaming, where you are looking for a skirmish type game. I use it for Flames of War and 50-60 points.
