ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing:
Please allow 1–3 business days to process and manufacture your order. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order ships—typically within 12 hours.

Shipping Time (USA):
All mats are made to order. Most U.S. customers receive their orders within 7 days of purchase.

International Shipping:
We ship to many countries outside the U.S. International shipping rates will be calculated and shown at checkout. Delivery typically takes 8 to 20 days, but timelines vary by destination.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are the responsibility of the customer. Ruined Planet LLC / BattleMatBazaar is not responsible for these charges.

RETURNS & DAMAGES

Returns:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. Refunds will cover the product price only—original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Mis-Printed Orders:
If your order arrives damaged or is a mis-print, contact us at info@battlematbazaar.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We'll assess the situation and work with you to find a solution.
