• Martian surface in deep oxide reds and rust, with dust-pale channel deposits and dark shadowed relief giving genuine depth to the ground
• Terrain that tells you where to build. Craters, ridgelines, and canyon walls are printed in — so your scenery has somewhere to belong instead of being scattered at random. Deployment zones, objectives, and firelanes come out of the map rather than being imposed on it
• Drapes over what's underneath. Slide foam under the printed mesas and ridges and the artwork lifts into real relief — the ground rises exactly where the map says it should. This is the trick neoprene cannot do, and on a mat with printed contours it's the whole point
• Matte, non-reflective finish. No glare under overhead lights
