Air games have exactly one piece of terrain, and nobody makes it. Every air combat rule set on the shelf has cloud rules. Break contact in cloud. Lose the bounce in cloud. Come out of it somewhere the other pilot isn't looking. And then everybody plays with a bare table, and cloud becomes a chit, a note, or an argument.

This sheet is the terrain that was missing. Cut out the shapes, lay them on your aerial mat, and cloud stops being a rule you remember and starts being a place on the table you can fly into.
